Overview
Our Azure DevOps extensions allow users to create Sprint Reports in pdf formats. We process only the information required to generate your report and do not permanently retain any data beyond what is necessary for that process.

Data Collection and Use
Temporary Processing: Your Azure DevOps data (work items, attachments, images, etc.) is temporarily processed to generate your reports.
No Long-Term Storage: Once your export is complete, all temporary files and generated content are deleted automatically within 7 days.
Download Links: Generated files are accessible via secure links.
Usage Metrics: We collect aggregated statistics such as the number of generated reports or users per organization to support licensing and service improvements.

Subprocessors
We may rely on trusted third-party providers (“subprocessors”) to host and process data securely. These providers are contractually bound to comply with strict data protection standards. Our current subprocessors include: Microsoft Azure
All subprocessors encrypt data at rest and in transit and maintain compliance with leading security frameworks.
