End-User License Agreement (EULA)
Sprint Report Pro Azure DevOps Extension
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Elixion Solutions, the creator of the Sprint Report Pro Azure DevOps Extension ("Software"). By installing or using the Software, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant
1.1 Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Elixion Solutions grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software.
1.2 Trial Period
Upon installation, you will receive a 14-day trial period, starting from first use. During this trial, all users in your Azure DevOps organization can generate unlimited sprint reports.
1.3 Paid Plan
Licensees may upgrade to a paid plan at any time. Pricing depends on the number of users in your Azure DevOps organization. An active license allows unlimited report generation for all users in your organization. Subscription options may be monthly or annual.
1.5 Subscription Management
Subscriptions can be managed at any time, including cancellation or updating payment information. Subscription access remains active until the end of the current billing period. Only Organization Administrators can manage licenses or organization-level settings.
1.6 Receipts / Invoices
After payment, a receipt will be sent to the registered email and serves as a valid tax invoice if invoice details were provided.

2. Usage
2.1 Licensee may use the Software solely for generating sprint reports within the Azure DevOps environment.
2.2 Licensee agrees not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.

3. Limitation of Liability
3.1 The Software is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
3.2 Elixion Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software.

4. Support and Contact
4.1 Licensees may contact Elixion Solutions for support at sprintreportpro@elixionsolutions.com.

5. Indemnification
5.1 Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold Elixion Solutions harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from use of the Software.

6. General
6.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Licensee and Elixion Solutions regarding the Software.
6.2 If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.

7. Data Privacy and Security
7.1 By using Sprint Report Pro, Licensee agrees to the terms of Elixion Solutions’ Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and protection of personal information.

8. Updates and Maintenance
8.1 Elixion Solutions may release updates, patches, or maintenance releases to improve functionality, security, or performance.
8.2 Licensees with an active license receive updates and maintenance as part of their subscription.
By installing or using the Software, Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
This EULA is effective as of the date of installation.​​​
